Statewide, 22,214 acres currently are burning in 46 active fires. As of 0800 August 25, Oregon has 2 active Large Fires.

To date, 1,897 fires have burned 219,965 acres statewide.

There are currently 4,416 addresses under a Level 1, 2, or 3 evacuation notice.

The Northwest Coordination Center (NWCC) reports that the National Preparedness level is at Level 4 meaning that national resources are heavily committed. National priorities will govern resources of all types. In the Pacific Northwest the preparedness levels remain at level 3, meaning there are adequate resources within the geographic to manage current incidents.

To date, the State ECC has received 91 requests for assistance, 66 requests have been completed, and 25 requests are in process.

The ECC is at Level 3: ECC Regional Response operating virtually. ECC Situation Reports and Policy Briefings will be distributed weekly. Changes to the cadence of reporting may occur based on incident activity.
